Congrats Cait soon to get then exactly exactly exactly what place have u picked?
Littleredhead a good option for a hen do regarding the west coast will be galway in my experience – in fact il prob have mine there but if u are goin in a large group be cautious to get into pubs in smaller teams as though they kno u really are a hen u will get turned away.
Just as much i wouldnt recommend a hen there as i love sligo! Plus galway posseses an airport where u can travel in from a good locations that are few
We are living in manchester and hopin to move back home soon but am finding it difficult to make any plans bein so far away – the internet is my saviour and email my friend that is best (therefore sad) lol!
Im up in Northern Ireland. I have hitched in Belfast in 25 times.
Ooh, many thanks for the advice – but can we ask; why can you maybe not recommend Sligo? Will it be as it’s small and peaceful? If therefore, which is what i am hunting for!
I truly want somewhere we are able to hire a cottage nearby the shore, try using long coastline walks and discover a pleasant cosy but pub that is lively as opposed to pubs or groups, for the nights!
I understand it appears actually stupid and like We fall for every thing We see on television, but i would like the sort of Ireland the thing is in movies like PS Everyone loves you – with a lot of rurally goodness and conventional music. H2B’s moms and dads are Irish (though he’s never resided there) and we also’re having a couple of nods to this in the marriage (Irish ceilidh in place of a disco. Can not wait! ) as each of us are actually taken with Irish music, dancing and tradition. Let me stick to the theme back at my hen night too!
I’M Irish and residing in Cheshire. Maybe not likely to get hitched in Ireland but i might imagine we are going to have celebration for family and friends who cant make.
Littleredhead – I agree with Bacon become, Galway is just a great location to get and you may frequently find trad music etc in little bars and its own on the shore too. Possibly go out a little further towards Clifden then you’ve got the choice of going into Galway in the event that you get a bit bored stiff or even for materials.
Stunning an element of the nation however.
It really is tiny not a lot of clubs which is why i wouldnt reccomend it for that – but coastline wise we do involve some gorgeous ones esp aughris head beach that has a beach that is small by having a thatched roof. Then again u are quite far out of anythig else actually – galway has a great mixture of both fantastic beaches great atmosphere and if exactly what u are searching for is really a ceili I quickly would reccomend Taffes club on store st! Constantly a fantastic band here with a good atmosphere
If u lookup sligo beaches there maybe a few more – strandhill is just a lovely destination with a few of bars (likewise have trad music too) and stunning coastline (really where mr bacon proposed. )
Hope that can help

Wow, many thanks for most of the advice, specially considering we completely hijacked your thread! I obtained overexcited and talked to my MOH about this; we are actually now taking a look at Sligo and County Cork. Maybe not the city it self, but someplace more rural within the county.

LittleRedHead -I got hitched in Cork City October that is last!!
We married into the North Cathedral along with our reception in Blarney. Location-wise it really is superb rather than too much through the populous town either. You’ll have your photo’s taken during the castle helping to make a lovely backdrop climate allowing. Unfortuitously, we weren’t in a position to make use of this since it rained (unusually for Ireland!! ) on our big day!
We were right back during the place on Sunday for the anniversary dinner, and merely took place to look into their wedding brochures. They’ve some fantastic packages there which appear extremely value that is good cash.
They likewise have a sister hotel in Bunratty, Co Clare which will be simply gorgeous! We invested our vacation here after having a small tragedy with the initial hotel we booked, and additionally they could not do sufficient for all of us!
Hope it will help. Email me personally if you prefer further assistance or info.
BTW – when you do choose to visit Galway, DON’T go right to the Galway Bay. Which was where we’d a tragedy because of the spaces, together with to go to Bunratty. The ‘G’ is way better IMO.

Hi I experienced my hen week-end at Lough Rynn a year ago, it really is therefore stunning, we remained when you look at the accommodation thats when you look at the grounds, high grade accommodation. Had lunch in Lough rynn it was lovely, it had been so cosy the direction they have the split seating areas it’s like getting your very own family room, the top space in which you may have your pre supper products was lovely, that they had the biggest christmas tree up. Hoping to https://pornhub.global return back this season for the anniversary that is first and at Lough rynn. Enjoy all the prep for the wedding I happened to be on this kind of downer whenever ours ended up being over.
